Runtime 226 Error
Question:
We keep getting a runtime 226 error message on our computer - we have tried several things to get rid of it but no matter what we try - it just will not go away - any suggestions for a fix?
Solutions:
- Do you have the program “Spyware Doctor” installed, by chance? If so, uninstall it and see if the errors go away; the runtime 226 error is a known issue with Spyware Doctor. and Win 98/ME systems.
- One of the easiest ways to manage runtime 226 error is to do a complete re-installation of the software that you wish to run.
_ The error may be due to conflict between the drivers of various softwares loaded. The immediate step you can take is to open IE/tools/internet options/advanced… and check the ‘disable script debugging’ box.
